*Unsafe is defined as an item that is either too damaged, unable to be effectively cleaned, or too fragile to undergo the specified services.
2. **Order Process**
- Customers may place orders through our website.
- All orders are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. **Payment Terms**
- All payments must be made in advance through the payment methods provided on our website.

**Return and Refund Policy for The Wig Wash**
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy:
**1. Terms of Service:**
Clients may request adjustments or services for their alternative hair pieces within 15 days from the date of service. A virtual consultation is required to discuss the necessary changes before the hair piece is sent back for additional work.
**2. Condition of Hair Pieces:**
If the alternative hair piece is over two years old or shows signs of damage to the base materials, such as tears, thinning, or discoloration, we cannot guarantee that repairs or services will be successfully performed. In some cases, attempting to service a heavily worn or damaged hair piece may result in additional damage. Therefore, we recommend assessing the overall condition of your hair piece before seeking service.
**3. Reasons for Service Request:**
You may request services for your hair piece for the following reasons:
- Damage incurred during handling
- Incorrect piece received
- Quality issues must be reported within the first five wears or 15 days, whichever occurs first.
**4. Process for Service Request:**
To initiate a service request:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the request.
- Our team will assist you through the process and provide instructions for sending the hair piece back, including any necessary shipping labels.
**5. Process for Service Completion:**
Once we receive your hair piece, please allow 7-10 business days for the service to be completed. There may be additional fees for extensive repair work. Any initial service fees are non-refundable.
